Abstract		The criteria for antiphospholipid syndrome are mentioned in details. The article deals with the classification of the syndrome. Primary, secondary and catastrophic syndromes are specially discussed. Major problems in making the diagnosis and classifying the syndrome are mentioned.
Summary		Natančneje so prikazana merila za diagnozo antifosfolipidnega sindroma. Podana je osnovna razvrstitev bolezni, posebej so izpostavljeni primarni, sekundarni in katastrofični antifosfolipidni sindrom. Navedene so glavne težave pri diagnostiki in opredelitvi sindroma.
