Abstract     This article presents two neurological disorders. Myasthenic and cholinergic crisis are the most severe complications among diseases of neuromuscular junction. Polyradiculoneuritis is autoimmune disease in which antibodies attaek peripheral nerve myelin. Both diseases can be life threatening. Emergency medical team must recognize signs of deteriorating disease. It is necessary to stabilize and control patient's vital functions in pre hospital setting and during transport to hospital for neurological diseases.
