Abstract		Most of the patients taken in under medical treatmen to the poisoning centre are poisoned with psyhopharmaceutics. Mostly those poisonings are consequences of suicide attempts using benzodiazepin based drugs. Handling such persons hospital nurses have to take the following measures: control consciousness, control all the vital functions, give antidot and other medications as prescribet by the doctor, identify all the complications concerning medical treatment and take all the neccesary steps. The application of a specific antidote flumazenil treating benzodiazepin poisoning and also usage of activatet chareoal will be presented. There were also possible complications presented that could have occured while applying antidote and cases of different psyhopharmaceutics poisonings specified.
