Abstract     Transcutaneus electro stimulation of the heart (TESH-TESS) is as widely used in hospitals as in prehospital environment. It can be used in a case of bradycardia, improving grade of the survival of patients. TESH is rapidly preformed and enables the stabilisation of the heart rhythm (repares hemodynamic condition of the patient) and at the same time this kind of intervention doesn't have any complicatons which are possible in more invasive methods, and also more cost-effective. This method is used especially with patients who are in greater risk of infection or hemorrhage. The only down side of this method is discomfort, caused by electrical stimulation of skin nervs and skeletal musculature. Temporary heart pacemaker is used by paramedics in emergency of previous abnormality heart rhythm (bradycardia). Due to the absence of medical doctor on the scene, it was unable to administer the i.v therapy (ATROPIN).To improve patient's condition the paramedics, after the phone consultation with the MD, who after given history of the condition of the patient recommended TESH, which paramedics performed.
