Abstract		Modern medicine offers the possibility to many ill women to become mothers. In them it is most important to detect pregnancy as early as possible in order to follow a their medical condition, the development of a fetus and to prevent deterioration of their basic diseases with appropriate treatment. Therefore, a close collaboration of a gynaecologist, a specialist in the particular area and anaesthesiologist during pregnancy, labour and postpartum is of greatest importance.
