Abstract     Drawback of the existing hand functionality tests used in rehabilitation and diagnosis originates mainly from subjectivity of the assessment which largely depends on the experience of the therapist. The purpose of this article is to present computer-assisted methods for hand functionality assessment and measurements. A grip-measuring device with differently shaped end-objects was developed with the aim to assess the forces acting in various hand postures. The device was used in connection with optical measuring system to assess the finger joint torques in two-fingered precision grips. The torques correspond to the amount of stress during the grip applied. The optical measuring system was used also to acquire a three-dimensional model of the hand determining its goniometric parameters. Finally, a system for the assessment of the sensory-motor functions of grasping is presented. A tracking task is proposed to test the gripforce control with visual feedback.
Summary     Poglavitna slabost obstoječih metod za ocenjevanje funkcionalnosti roke je predvsem v subjektivnosti ocenjevanja, ki je v veliki meri odvisno od izkušenosti terapevta. Članek poskuša predstaviti postopke merjenja in ocenjevanja prijema z računalniškimi meritvami. Predstavljena je merilna naprava za merjenje sile, kjer lahko z uporabo različnih nastavkov merimo silo pri različnih prijemih. Naprava je bila v povezavi z optičnim merilnim sistemom uporabljena za določanje navorov v sklepih prstov pri pincetnem prijemu. Iz dobljenih navorov je tako inogoče določiti obremenitve sklepov, ki nastopajo pri opazovanem prijemu. Optični merilni sistem smo uporabili tudi za analizo geometrije prijema, kjer pridobimo tridimenzionalni model roke, ki nam je v pomoč pri določanju goniometrskih funkcij. V drugem delu besedila predstavljamo sistem za ocenjevanje senzomotoričnih sposobnosti povezanih s prijemanjem, ki temelji na metodi sledenja sile prijema z vidno povratno informacijo.
